Ticketing

Unfortunately the workshops are booked on a first come, first serve basis. But there might still be an opportunity, although slim, to join a fully booked workshop by checking the timetable and see if a spot opens up if people change their path. And if you really want, you can come to the location and see if there are no-shows… But both options are not guaranteed.

We are already at the max of our capacity so we unfortunately can not increase the capacity. Especially at de Vondelkerk we have to be very strict since there is literally no room to let more people in. Hope you understand :-)

No worries; you can download your ticket(s) time on time again, just follow this URL and enter the email address you used while buying your tickets.

Yes, the tickets are not bound to a specific name, so you can easily give the ticket to a friend.

Not necessary, we use ticket scanners to scan your ticket, either from your smartphone of a printed ticket. Whatever you prefer.

You can get your wristband at the location where you will attend your first workshop, our hosts will scan your ticket (printed or on your smartphone) and will give you a wristband. You can just show your wristband at your next location to indicate that your tickets was already checked.

Please arrive early at your first workshop so there is enough time to have your tickets scanned, and to let the workshop start on time.

Sure, you're very welcome! You can't book this workshop with a Sunday-ticket though, just show up with your wristband/ticket and we will let you in.

Sure, you're very welcome! You can't book this workshop with a Saterday-ticket though, just show up with your wristband/ticket and we will let you in. You will also be perfectly able to join the closing meditation via our Facebook stream.

Yes, you need to select the workshops that you want to attend by using the booking tool on the Timetable-page.

Booking your path is easy: just click the big red button that says 'Reserve Your Spots', enter your information and follow the instructions. You will receive an overview of the selected workshops in your email.

No problem, just go back to the Timetable, log in, and make changes to your path. Don’t forget to save your selection by clicking the big red button.

You can find your ticket number on top of your ticket, it looks something like this: AB1234

Practical

Yes, we offer wardrobes where you can store your belongings and we offer a place where you can leave your shoes. Please note that this is at your own risk, not all wardrobes are secured/closed off.

In some locations this will not be possible. For specific yoga workshops we advise to come dressed in your yogi tunic.

All yoga-workshops will be held in the Vondelkerk or in the yoga studio of Delight Yoga at the Nieuwe Achtergracht. Our event partner Manduka has provided mats and props for everyone. If you prefer to use your own mat, feel free to bring it and use it.

In most locations it will not be possible to shower. Freshening up is possible in almost every venue.

Nope. None whatsoever at all. Dive in and start your experience!

Dress however you please. Although for specific yoga workshops it is a good idea to come dressed in your yoga outfit due to the absence of dressing rooms. Since all workshops will be in big churches that might cool down a bit, it can be wise to bring something to keep you warm.

Yes you can! Please send us an e-mail at welcome@innerpeaceconference.org so we can discuss opportunities.

All locations are accessible by wheelchair. We have disability toilets available inside.

Getting around

Sure, just have a look at this blog post for all kinds of maps. We have created a map of all workshop locations and other points of interests during the conference. This might be useful when finding your way across the city or when you fancy a coffee, juice or salad.

There are numerous ways to reach our locations by public transport, have a look at Google Maps to plan your travel. Please note that getting around by public transport can take a bit more time.

Parking space in Amsterdam’s city centre is scarce and quite expensive. Taking or renting a bike is the fastest and the most fun way to get around town.

Food & Beverage

This year, we will not be selling food ourselves, we will offer free tea and water at the locations. Just pop by one of our food partners to get some yummy food. You will be able to get food and drinks at De Balie's Cafe.
