Meet Tim van der Vliet

Tim van der Vliet is a  teacher, meditator, Hay House (Bruna) author and father of 4 children. Apart from a healthy yoga lifestyle he has learned how breathing properly helps him feel calmer, be healthier and cope with stress better. And even that he can influence his auto immune system and alkalize his blood through breathing. 

Tim has been trained personally by the world famous Wim Hof (aka 'The Iceman') whose techniques for mastering the mind-body connection are being studied by scientific institutions around the world. 

Tim van der Vliet's mission is to help you become freer. According to him, freedom comes in four stages: Mental, physical, financial and spiritual freedom. Zen from Amsterdam is his philosophy, “Zen” without rules. Zen is a word used here in Amsterdam when everything is just right, even if it is just for a moment.

Through breathing I reach a form of silence that I experience only sometimes during meditation. Finally I understand the Buddha :).
